Cancellations and refunds policy
Cancellation policy for and and all Parent Circle training is as follows:
1) Cancellations one month or more before a training date are entitled to a full refund OR may reschedule their training for another mutually agreed date.
2) We are unable to process refunds or reschedule training within one month of a training date.
The delegate fee for any Parent Circle event includes all refreshments served on the day. Parent Circle reserves the right to alter event programs and change speakers without prior notice. Cancellation policy for all events is as follows:
1) Cancellations two weeks or more before an event are entitled to a full refund.
2) No refunds will be processed within one week of an event.
Payment for all Parent Circle training and events must be received by the date of the session or the deadline printed on the invoice (whichever comes first). We may refuse admission to delegates who have an outstanding invoice.
